A Not-so-humble Origin

The purpose of this blog is to analyze the issues facing our world from an inquisitive purpose. In other words, the goal is to avoid the uselessness of modern debates, primarily, scripted phrases, ad-hominem attacks, and faulty reasoning (both logical and emotional).

But at the same time, it is important to realize that all issues popularized carry with them a polarizing factor that becomes so inevitable concealing to rationality that pure irrationality is the only possible result. I don't know if humanity can ever overcome this, but we can, at the very least, attempt to block such various elements of our society not from partaking in the decision process, but from impeding. It is a fundamental belief of mine that a person should be guaranteed unlimited trials on the basis that at every new attempt, he or she demonstrate significant improvement and development from the previous attempt. In this way, it is possible to see how anyone, even a pair with widely divergent views, can come together in a sense that perpetuates thought for little to no practical reasons.

There will always be, in a way, a desire to implement the actions philosophized about, but, on the basis of history, these ideas are useful insofar as they influence others. If an argument is so solidly placed that no opposition can legitimately oppose, then there need to be no concerns about the ultimate fate of that idea; it shall, with time, gain root and prosper.

For these goals, it is essential that my thoughts be contradicted, dissected, argued, disposed of, resurrected and again cycled through the process. It is in this way alone that the purpose of this medium now available to humanity, the internet, be fully defined as contributing to the ultimate sum of knowledge. The purpose, then, of this blog is not to document or categorize all of the knowledge of the human species, but rather to contribute to it: a feature of the internet and of populist media as a whole vastly underrepresented in the overall content of the web.

I encourage all to proceed on the path they find to be the best but simply advise reconsideration of that path before embarking.
